In Praise of All Pizza
On this #PizzaDay we are here to not defend but praise the delicacy that is Chicago pizza. I'm not sure why Chicagoans must always defend our pizza. Yes, it is really more of a pie—like that is a bad thing! Sure, it is a heavy meal as a single deep-dish pie can weigh up to 25 lbs. And, if you can forgive the double negative, it's NOT not as good as New York style pizza, it's DIFFERENT.

The Grid: Exploring the Lincoln Square neighborhood
