Shipping Options
We offer UPS Ground Delivery, UPS Ground Select, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage. Enjoy free standard flat-rate shipping on orders over $100. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see estimated delivery times and rates.
Estimated Transit Times
Standard flat-rate shipping averages 3–5 business days in transit. This does not include the shipping day or the delivery day.
Please also allow 1–2 business days for order fulfillment — on occasion, orders ship from one of our 3 Chicago locations. We do not pre-print shipping labels; your tracking number is generated and sent to you the moment your box is sealed and ready to go.
Please note: no delivery times are guaranteed. We are unable to offer refunds for late deliveries. Estimated transit times will be shown at checkout for each available service.

- USPS Ground Advantage: A lower-cost option for lighter orders — will appear at checkout if eligible.
FREE In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at both of our Chicago locations:
Most items are available for pickup the next day (same day when possible). You'll receive a confirmation when your order is received, plus 2 more emails when it's ready for pickup. If you don't see them, please check your spam folder.
