Urban General Store Refund and Return Policy

RETURNS

While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase from Urban General Store, effective immediately, we have suspended our return or exchange policy due to complications from COVID-19. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

For items that arrive damaged or defective (or if you receive an incorrect order), please contact our Customer Service Department at managers@urbangeneralstore.com or via chat at urbangeneralstore.com/chat so we may assist you.

Please keep ALL DAMAGED ITEMS and ORIGINAL PACKAGING so we may process a claim and please provide photos of the damaged or defective items.

SHIPPING

UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail averages 3-5 business days for delivery (time in transit may increase due to complications from COVID-19). Actual shipping charge will be quoted at checkout with estimated delivery times. Please note: these estimated times do not include 3-4 business days for fulfillment of your order. But, we are packing as fast as we can! 

Flat rate $3.95 First Class shipping may be available for some lighter items. If so, it will be an option at checkout.

Urban General Store is currently unable to ship outside of the US at this time due to complications from COVID-19. We love you, our International customers, and we hope to be able to send you gifts again soon!
