Standard flat-rate shipping (via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground) averages 3-5 business days in transit. This does not include the shipping day and the delivery day. Please note: these estimated times do not include the possible business days for fulfillment of your order. As, on occasion, our orders can fulfill from our 3 different locations in Chicago. But, we pack as fast as we can! We do not pre-print our shipping labels. The tracking number is generated and sent to you at the time the box is sealed and ready to go.
USPS First Class Package Service
First Class shipping may be available for some lighter items. If so, it will be an option at checkout. Delivery times may vary for this service (but could be more than 1 week).
USPS Parcel Select
USPS Parcel Select is a lower cost option for some order. Delivery times may vary for this service (but could be up to 2-8 days). On occasion, we will upgrade the shipping from Parcel Select (as a courtesy).
FREE In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup at either of our two Chicago locations (ENJOY Andersonville or ENJOY Lincoln Square) are available. Most items are available for pickup the next day. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been received and another 2 emails when your order is available for pickup. If you do not receive an email, please check your SPAM folder.
