Official Rules and Regulations for the $25 Gift Card Giveaway
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Urban General Store, in Chicago, Illinois 60625.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the US, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Urban General Store, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 03/17/2025 at 12:01am CST and ends on 3/31/2025 at 11:59pm CST.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Urban General Store Email Subscribers can enter by updating their information at https://www.urbangeneralstore.com/feeling-lucky.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Four (4) winners will each receive a $25 gift card to [Gift Card Brand/Store].
The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is $100.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about 4/1/2025.
Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow Urban General Store to use their first name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Urban General Store reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Urban General Store, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
