DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
For items that arrive damaged or defective (or if you receive an incorrect order), please contact our Customer Service Department at shop@urbangeneralstore.com.
Please keep ALL DAMAGED ITEMS and ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING so we may process a claim and please be prepared to provide photos of the damaged or defective items, all sides of the box and packaging.
