Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19

We understand your concern and would like to reassure you that we are following all current COVID-19 guidelines. To guarantee the safety of our staff and customers, we are currently experiencing longer fulfillment times than usual.

We currently are fulfilling orders at our free-standing storage and office location that has never been open to the public. All orders are processed and packed by two employees (our owner and our shipping/receiving coordinator). Each are practicing frequent hand washing, wearing gloves, masks, and social distancing at least 6’ while at the facility.

We have suspended all returns and exchanges. At this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Outside of the warehouse our staff is practicing social isolation—our retail stores closed to public and staff on March 21, 2020, per the Illinois Stay-At-Home Order. Our Retail Store Managers have shifted to assisting our eCommerce Manager with customer service, social media and online product entry remotely.

We have followed all guidelines to keep our customers and staff safe and will continue to do so.
