Delivery times do vary based on the shipping location. An order shipping within Illinois or other parts of the Midwest are typically there within a day or two while shipping to California or the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast shipping can be four or more days in transit.
But please remember to give us at 1-2 business days to pack your order. Many of our items are stored at three different locations in Chicago and have to be pulled and brought to our shipping location. Most in-store/curbside pickup orders are available in a day or less.
We do not create a shipping label/tracking number until the box is sealed and ready to ship. So if you are awaiting a tracking update, we do apologize. USPS and UPS tracking systems may not update immediately. But if you have received a tracking number from us, you can be assured that you order has been packed and has shipped. At this time of year, UPS will leave many packages at your door if they have a signature release on file for your address. Please be on the lookout.
But we are restocking the shelves, fulfilling the curbsides and packing your orders as fast as we can!
