If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a full refund or exchange in the amount of the original purchase price within 30 days of the original order. No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days. All “sale” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are unable to offer a refund of the original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the order only. Items received as gifts can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit towards a future purchase at www.urbangeneralstore.com.

We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) and instructions for returning the item(s). Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (R.A. #).
Item(s) should be packed securely in original packaging (or similar). Please return item(s) using an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail). Urban General Store cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The above policy applies to items purchased online from Urbangeneralstore.com only. Items purchased at ENJOY, AN URBAN GENERAL STORE in Chicago are eligible for return, with sales receipt, within 5 days of purchase and will be fully refunded according to original payment. Returns within 14 days will be refunded as store credit only. All "sale items" are final sale. All purchases at ENJOY Squared, a holiday pop-up shop are final.
